  Ensure hard goods are in their original packaging; for live plants, please bring them back in their nursery pots for assessment by our garden experts.

  Bring your items and proof of purchase to the customer service desk at any Pike Nursery location for an immediate refund or exchange.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or you may opt for a store credit to use on future garden projects.
